I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even assisted me with transportation and parking. The hotel had a great location, close to the next station and other attractions. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious!
Nothing could have been better!

The hotel had a great view of the city, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was also diverse, offering a mix of traditional and western options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and the towels and linens were stained. Additionally, the location was not ideal, as it was far from the city center and the main tourist attractions. while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, the negatives outweighed the positives.

This Japanese hotel is a gem. the cozy rooms overlook the surroundings, including nearby hot springs and the snow monkey park. the friendly hosts go above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and unique stay. the onsen is a highlight, with indoor and outdoor pools and a sauna. Breakfast showcases Japanese cuisine, including fluffy souffle pancakes. the location is convenient, with a short drive to the next train station and easy access to nearby attractions.
One downside is that the hotel only accepts cash payments, which some guests may find inconvenient.

The staff was incredible, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their Ryokan. The Japanese breakfast was a definite highlight, with fresh and flavorful dishes that gave us a taste of local cuisine. The onsen was immaculate and provided a relaxing break from our busy days exploring the city. Plus, the Ryokan was conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public onsens, making it easy to experience all the city had to offer.
We were caught off guard by the Ryokan's cash-only policy. It would have been helpful to know this information ahead of time, as it made checking out a bit stressful.
